I am Irina, founder of Homesign, a real estate and interior design agency built at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and vision.
My story began over 15 years ago, with my first job in sales. After four years in the field, I realized something essential: my creative mind was hungry. I needed more than execution—I needed creation.
In 2015, I founded my first company in graphic design, followed by a second in 2017 and a third in 2022. I am a creator by nature. I create my own path, I see beauty, and I recognize opportunities. I resonate deeply with the Aztec word moyocoyotzin—she who creates herself.
Throughout my twenties, I explored product design, interior design, materials, but also marketing, sales, and business development. Entrepreneurship challenged me deeply, shaped me profoundly, and taught me resilience. I wear those lessons with pride.
Today, I lead Homesign—a company that reflects everything I’ve learned.
At Homesign, we offer full interior design services, from 3D concepts and implementation to furniture and décor, alongside curated sales and rentals in the luxury segment of the Romanian real estate market. With us, clients can buy, design, redesign, sell, or rent homes, offices, and land—guided by expert advice and continuous market feedback to ensure the right decisions, at the right time.
